  • Specialty Classes
    One day per month we will have a “Specialty Class” featuring various types of exercise trends for members to try! Times and dates will vary.

  • Zumba
    A dance fitness class based on Latin and international rhythms.  Low impact, high energy cardio class that combines some strength moves with fun/festive beats.

  • Group Cycle
    A bike class combining hill climbing, sprint/speed work and other cycling moves to heart pumping music.  Bring a gel seat if you have one to make the ride more comfortable.  Any level of fitness is welcome!

  • Express Cycle
    The same as above power-packed into 30 minutes. Less warm-up and cool-down, more time for in-the-zone cardio training!
